Refund policy
We want you to be in love with your KIN candles! If you’re unsatisfied with your order, please contact B and Andrew at team@kincandleco.com.
We do our best to package orders carefully and sustainably, but sometimes boxes get crushed, thrown, or lost in transit. If your order arrived damaged or if you're experiencing an issue with your product, just let us know! Send us an email with your order number and please include photos and a detailed description. We'll make sure you get what you ordered.
We will accept returns of unused, undamaged products. Please return your items in the original packaging and ensure that the shipment is carefully packed, as we're unable to process refunds on items that arrive broken.
Refunds are applied to returned product only and do not cover any original shipping fees. As a small, growing business, we are currently unable to pay for return shipping. Once submitted, refunds typically return to the original payment method within 3-10 business days.
International Orders Shipped Outside the United States:
We do not accept returns nor issue refunds for orders shipped internationally or shipments refused by you the importer.
